Our Mission
We present a practical approach to empower followers of Jesus Christ to fulfill the most important cause in the world - becoming of one heart and one mind.
Our Vision
We envision a world of divine oneness centered in Jesus Christ. In that day “the government shall be upon his shoulder” and “nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more” (Isaiah 9:6, 2:4). Society may then be fully integrated, enabling freedom (including freedom of religion) and equality to finally coexist. All people may enjoy sustainable and universal liberty, prosperity, and peace. This will be possible as sincere disciples of Jesus Christ undergo the process now to become "one in heart and mind" (Acts 4:32 NIV).
Our Story
After graduating from Brigham Young University's acting program with fourteen years in the performing arts, Benjamin King stepped away from a career in acting and became a life coach and corporate trainer. ​Through these roles he developed his passion of empowering others, fostering connection, and strengthening community through enlightenment. In 2018 he became a certified medical qigong (Chinese medicine) practitioner and opened his own studio and clinic in Alpine, Utah.

The precious insights he gained from Chinese medicine and Eastern wisdom, especially about oneness, has forever changed his understanding of life and the real solutions to the problems in the world. These insights include:

The sustainable enjoyment of all good things is based upon a dynamic balance. As that balance is maintained, life flourishes. If disrupted, there is suffering

The microcosm of life reflects the macrocosm. In other words, the principles that pertain to the health, happiness, and peace of an individual apply also to the health, happiness, and peace of a society

The key to sustainable wholeness and fulness of life is simply oneness. Oneness is not sameness, but is the integration of complementary opposites for a greater reality. Ironically, many people who implement measures for creating sameness while expecting the fruits of oneness (happiness, peace, prosperity, etc.) inevitably undermine oneness and instead create suffering

Oneness can never be forced or compelled. It must be personally sought, and works only from the inside out​

Every sincere religion inherently values oneness. Governments function more simply and effectively when oneness prevails among its citizens, but governments must never seek to mandate it. It can only provide for and safeguard its potential among the populace
​
The catastrophic events beginning in 2020 - including the devastating conflicts and divisions throughout the world - were a signal to Benjamin to organize and bring these ideas forward, especially to those who regard becoming one as a fulfilment of their faith and religion. He established One Heart One Mind Institute in June 2023 for this purpose.
